Membership Plans & Billing

PrankPass offers subscription-based memberships that provide access to
prank mail services, prank gifts, and digital content.

Current membership options:

  • Level 1 – Basic Membership: $6.99/month
  • Level 2 – Premium Membership: $12.99/month
  • Level 3 – VIP Membership: $39.00

All memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis unless
canceled prior to the next billing date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize PrankPass to charge your
payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.

Fulfillment of Physical Prank Mail

Prank letters and gifts are physical novelty items shipped to the recipient
address provided by the user.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PrankPass, Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers.

PrankPass, Inc. is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and novelty nature of prank mail items and digital content access:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued for shipped items.
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription payments once processed.

Canceling a membership prevents future charges but does not refund prior
payments if cancellation occurs within three (3) days of purchase.

Upgrades

If you upgrade your membership:

The upgrade takes effect immediately. You may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing
cycle.

Your billing cycle may reset upon upgrade.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect the current billing cycle.

Prohibited Use

PrankPass may not be used for:

  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Illegal activity
  • Defamation
  • Stalking
  • Hate speech
  • Fraudulent impersonation

PrankPass reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of Liability

All prank items are novelty entertainment products intended for humor only. By using this service, you agree that PrankPass is not responsible for emotional reactions, misunderstandings, or consequences resulting from the recipient’s response.

Shipping Policy

PrankPass provides novelty prank letters, prank gifts, and related merchandise for entertainment purposes. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (U.S.)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PrankPass is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses
  • provided by the customer

3. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PrankPass is not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Refused or unclaimed packages

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may
apply.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation
  • Provide your order number and supporting documentation (must include
    photo)

PrankPass reserves the right to determine replacement eligibility on a
case-by-case basis.

5. International Orders (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local postal fees

PrankPass is not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
